Hey there, I'm Delaney Dumm. I am a lens based artist based out of Northampton, MA.

I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2023 with a B.F.A in Photography with a concentration in commercial photography and a minor in printmaking. Currently am with Zea Mays Printmaking working with their research & workshop assistance internship, researching silver metal etching and bath conditions of copper sulfate saline.

A big part of my work is to combine printmaking practices with photography to evoke a sense of familiarity with the viewers.Throughout my life I have found nature having a direct correlation on the human experience. To me, nature is nostalgic and when it is combined with imagery can turn it into a moment in time to a sensation or a feeling. A lot of personal memories that I have I do not remember the moment exactly but rather the touch, the taste, or the fragrance of that very moment. My current focus for work is to combine processes to create visual pieces that remind the viewer of a feeling or memory through different senses.
